Do I need special hardware to start?
No. You can run NerraFlow entirely on manual strip or kit tests — enter what you measured and get the dose. Add NerraFlow sensors for live, hands-off monitoring whenever you're ready.
How accurate are the dosing recommendations?
Each dose is calculated from that pool's exact volume and its latest readings, and ordered sensibly when several things are off. They're careful guidance — always verify against a certified test before adding anything.
Can my customers see their own pool?
Yes. Every pool has a live, read-only link you can share — no login — showing the current status. Add your logo and colour so it's branded as yours, and email a report straight from the app.
Will it work on a phone in the field?
It's built mobile-first for techs in the van, and installs to your home screen like an app. The Today view shows exactly which pools need a visit, worst-first, with the dose for each.
