NerraFlow — Cookie & Local Storage Notice

Effective date: [INSERT DATE]

This Notice explains how the NerraFlow websites and applications (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (ABN [INSERT ABN]), use cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Template only — not legal advice. Confirm the actual technologies in use (including any set by your infrastructure providers) and have it reviewed before publishing.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Local storage is a similar browser technology that lets a web app store information (such as a secure sign-in token) on your device. We refer to both as "storage technologies".

2. How we use them

We use storage technologies only for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary / functional — to sign you in and keep you signed in, to keep the app secure, and to make core features work. For example, we store a secure authentication token in your browser's local storage so you don't have to log in on every page. The Service will not work properly without these.
  • Security & operations — our infrastructure providers may set essential cookies for security, load-balancing, and abuse-prevention when you access the Service.
  • Diagnostics — we may use limited information to detect errors and keep the Service reliable.

We do not use storage technologies for third-party advertising, ad-targeting, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your information.

3. Third parties

Some storage technologies may be set by the providers that help us run the Service (for example, our authentication, hosting and edge-infrastructure providers). These are used to deliver the Service to you, not to profile you across other websites.

4. Managing storage technologies

Because the storage we use is strictly necessary to run the Service, disabling it will stop parts of the Service from working (for example, you won't be able to stay signed in). You can control or clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings — refer to your browser's help pages for how. Signing out also clears your session token.

5. Changes

We may update this Notice from time to time. The current version is always available in the Service.
