NerraFlow — Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: [INSERT DATE]
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the NerraFlow websites, applications and services (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (ABN [INSERT ABN]). It forms part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

1. Purpose
We keep the Service safe, reliable and lawful for everyone. This AUP explains what you and your users may not do. It applies to every account, organisation and user.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not, and must not allow any user or third party to:
Legal & rights
- use the Service in breach of any law, regulation, standard, code, or third-party right;
- upload, store, or share content you do not have the right to provide, or that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
- use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
Security & integrity
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers' data, accounts, or our systems or networks;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except under a security-testing arrangement we have approved in writing;
- introduce or distribute malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or place an unreasonable load on it (including through automated scraping or excessive requests);
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or underlying ideas, except to the extent this restriction cannot lawfully be prevented.
Data & privacy
- collect or store personal information through the Service without a lawful basis and appropriate notice to the individuals concerned;
- upload sensitive information where it is not required, or data about individuals you are not authorised to provide;
- use another organisation's or person's data other than as permitted.
Commercial & platform integrity
- resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Service to third parties, except to your own end customers in the ordinary course of your pool-service business;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity;
- use the Service to build or benchmark a competing product.
Safety
- rely on the Service, or direct anyone to rely on it, in a manner that is unsafe or that a reasonable pool-service professional would not — including treating indicative readings or dosing recommendations as a substitute for a certified test or safe chemical-handling practice (see our Disclaimer).
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep credentials secure and manage your team's access.
- Ensure your users comply with this AUP.
- Provide accurate account information and use the Service in good faith.
4. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may (depending on severity) warn you, remove or disable offending content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access — immediately where the breach poses a security, legal, or safety risk, or where required by law. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities. Our rights under the Terms of Service continue to apply.
5. Reporting
To report a violation, security issue, or abuse, contact [abuse@nerraflow.com.au] (or [security@nerraflow.com.au] for security issues).
